PLAZA

HINING OFFICE PARK PLAZA

At the center of the Haining Office Park, a sculptural form—echoing the flowing rhythm of a traditional Chinese instrument—unfolds across the landscape. Water quietly emerges from both sides, softening the space into a reflective and peaceful ground. The landmark becomes both memory and direction, guiding movement while giving the place its unique identity.

MIDEA PLAZA

This contemporary landscape design defines the urban plaza experience at Midea Shopping Mall. The entrance plaza is anchored by a sculptural landmark, creating a strong visual identity and welcoming gesture for visitors.

At the lower level, a sunken plaza integrates water features and seating areas, forming an intimate social space within the larger commercial environment. The interplay of levels, circulation, and programmed spaces enhances pedestrian movement while encouraging gathering and interaction.

Together, these elements create a dynamic and memorable public realm that elevates the shopping experience beyond retail, making it a vibrant urban destination.

SHENYANG EATON SUNKEN PLAZA

This mixed-use commercial development in Shenyang redefines the urban plaza as a year-round civic destination. At its heart, a sunken central plaza forms a flexible multiuse space, anchored by integrated seating and framed by retail and pedestrian circulation.

The design responds to the region’s cold climate by transforming seasonal conditions into opportunity—serving as an active public plaza in warmer months and converting into an ice-skating rink and event space in winter. Subtle lighting strategies enhance the spatial experience at night, reinforcing the plaza as a vibrant social core within the larger development.

The result is a dynamic urban landscape that adapts to climate, supports commercial vitality, and encourages continuous public engagement.
